1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eq333 ("eq333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eq333 online gaming platform accessible at eq333.bio and all associated sub-pages, services, tools and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the eq333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eq333 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the eq333 Platform or on any other platform administered by eq333.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of eq333, nor an immediate family member or member of the same household as any such individual.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

eq333 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the eq333 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting, eq333 reserves the right to void any winnings and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact eq333 customer support immediately at [email protected].

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting eq333 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. eq333 may close or suspend an account at any time for any of the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.

In circumstances where eq333 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account at the time of closure may be voided. eq333 will communicate its decision in writing to the email address or mobile number on file.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your eq333 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. eq333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the eq333 account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes. In exceptional circumstances or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

eq333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms set out in this section and, where applicable, any additional terms specific to the promotion concerned. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit will receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically on first deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method. eq333 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is calculated on the total bonus amount credited, not on the deposit amount.
• Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to the account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time. A player must complete the wagering requirement on an active bonus before a new bonus can be credited.
• eq333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, matched betting, or any form of exploitation of the bonus system.
• Free spins, where offered, are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement on any winnings derived from free spin play, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

eq333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including during the period in which a player is actively attempting to satisfy the applicable wagering requirement. In such cases, eq333 will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

6Responsible Gaming

eq333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all account holders and may be activated at any time by contacting customer support or accessing the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps to control total funds added to your account.
• Loss Limits: caps on the total amount you can lose within a defined time period, helping to prevent chasing losses.
• Session Time Reminders: alerts sent during active play sessions when a player has been logged in and playing for a continuous period exceeding a threshold set by the player.
• Self-Exclusion: a voluntary option allowing a player to lock their account from all gambling activity for a period of their choosing, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eq333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches or malfunctions in any game or Platform feature. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other stage of the account process.

eq333 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. All decisions made by eq333 in this regard are final.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the eq333 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of eq333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of eq333.

The eq333 brand name, logo and all associated trademarks, service marks and trade names are the exclusive property of eq333. Unauthorised use of any eq333 trademark or brand element in any medium is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.

eq333 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any specific game or feature within it. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances beyond eq333's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages and force majeure events.

10Privacy and Data Protection

eq333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11Amendments to These Terms

eq333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

In cases where changes to these Terms materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, eq333 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account. Failure to receive such notice does not exempt you from the obligation to comply with the updated Terms.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eq333 Platform that cannot be resolved informally through eq333 customer support should be submitted in writing to eq333 at [email protected]. eq333 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
